New to Wangaratta and found it almost impossible to find a medical clinic that was taking new patients, and bulk billed. This clinic booked me in within a couple of days. They are busy, but staff are friendly and helpful, plus Doctor Teo is great, first Doc. I've had in a while who actually listens to you.
I would like to thank all of the staff that I came across at the hospital, All were pleasant and helpful and made my 4 day stay less stressful. They could not have done any more for me to make my stay comfortable. Thank you all
!!!WARNING ABOUT THIS CLINIC!!! Generally uncaring staff, no willingness to help patients with an urge to get the patient gone as quickly as they can. Not all the staff here are terrible but a good portion of them are, even having a tendency to make patients cry. It's incredibly obvious that the staff know they are getting paid regardless of if they actually help anyone. Terrible bedside manner and a habit of blaming the patient. Dr Upul was one of the best GP’s I have taken my children to receive treatment. I highly recommend him to all parents and hope he is treated with the same kindness that he treats his patients.
