If I could I would rate this place a zero. Went on 2 occasions for a Workcover appointment with Dr Max. Left distressed and in tears both times. I had organised for my records to be sent from previous doctor interstate and he said he didn't have them. He proceeded on both occasions to humiliate and be very rude to me. The absolute worst experience ive had with any doctor. I will never return to this medical practice and will go elsewhere where the GPs actually care about patients.
Refused medical care over an overdue $50 fee. Unethical clinic only in it for the money. Your health doesn’t matter to them. Bulk billing clinics shouldn’t be charging fees to pensioners.
What a disgrace of a clinic!!!, I strongly recommend to stay away from this place.
