We’re really happy with this place! Lovely neighbors, maintenance is quick to respond and the property manager is a true professional! The apartments are spacious (we’re in a 2 bedroom) and the rent is very affordable compared to other apartments nearby.
Parking for visitors sucks. It's hit and miss on parking. I was just visiting.

Best experience I had for apartment Living style. The maintenance and Carlos (leasing manager) always delivered exceptional service during the stay. Even the residents were very nice, never had a incident of complaints. Located at very very convenient location (2 mins walk to safeway). Grand view management take good care if building and gardening. Felt like home while stayed. Definitely would recommend to rent an apartment here.
Love it here! 💙 Very clean place, lots of parking, neighbors are nice and the staff is great!
