Love it here! 💙 Very clean place, lots of parking, neighbors are nice and the staff is great!
I lived here for 3.5 years. It was a nice area and building maintenance was responsive. Generally a quiet place and I didn’t have any issues during my stay. The newer manager Carlos was super reasonable. Don’t expect much of your deposit back, but the initial deposit is pretty low all things considered. I don’t feel like they blamed petty damages on me or anything. Standard cleaning fees/touch up paint. Biggest downside is Grandview Management doesn’t offer any options for electronic/automatic payments.
Nice place
The best place to live in Washington is this. The best neighbors and friendliest people live here, the cleanest area and the best and well-kept apartments, no smoking and no dogs. If I could I would live my whole life there, the most secure area and the quietest. And a big thank you to the office for everything, they are always ready to answer your questions and help you with anything they can
