I'd have rated zero stars if possible. Our son was in need of a root canal. After a review by Apple Health, he was approved for the procedure and crown. We scheduled the appointment for a Monday mid-morning. Unfortunately, on the Saturday prior to the appointment, our son became ill. He was coughing, running a fever, and throwing up. The worst experience that I have ever had. They ignore the need of a patient. They brought my child with disability to panic just because their policy says that a parent can't be present when they are doing nobody knows what. How they can be not so patient oriented in 21st century??? I am still deeply shocked!!!
