My 15 year old needed two fillings, I am not allowed back during appointment, that's fine. I let them know that my child is very nervous beforehand. My kid is still uncomfortable after numbing gel applied and dentist wants to get the needle in but my kids not ready, dentist admonished them about how busy he is and will just cancel and move on to next patient. I have extreme anxiety. DR. JOSEPH P. VILLALUZ is the greatest dentist I've ever had in my whole entire life. I can never get past the needles, I always feel im never heard, ect. But he did so great! He actually listened and heard me. He Helped me so much for actually knowing what he's doing! I never wanted to have doubts but I've been through so much with dentists never taking me seriously or being calm and patient with me. Dr. Joseph never made me feel unsafe and for me that everything. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Dr. Joe is friendly and gentle and won’t recommend procedures unless you really need them. He is clear with what he sees on x-rays and lets you know if there is a certain tooth he is going to watch because it may be showing signs of deterioration. There have been several hygienists in and out over the years and some are more general than others but I’ve never been hurt severely by them.
