Lindsey is wonderful!! She helped me SO MUCH following a terrible traumatic brain injury due to a car accident. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They wholeheartedly believe in their patients’ potential to overcome their individual challenges, and then help them do it. I can’t recommend South Valley enough.
South Valley Physical therapy failed to provide a good faith estimate. For first visit, I was billed for services never provided. Failed to remove the erroneous charges upon request. Eventually business owner removed charges after months of negotiations. Removing questionable charges should not have been this difficult and anxiety inducing. The physical therapist was great but can't return due billing issues.
I trust SVPT implicitly. The providers are thorough, effective and compassionate. I've been a patient there myself for dizziness, and I refer my own patients and clients there *VERY* frequently for anything dizziness, imbalance or nervous system dysregulation. You will be so glad you chose them!!
As a fellow physical therapist, I am aware of how important the patient-provider relationship can be in a person’s progress and recovery.
