The park was sold. Lo rent has gone from $355 to $447 in 7 months! Very shady company bought it. 7 months without a lease. You do NOT want to live here!

I’ve lived here 25 years and have been thru many managers. KC is one of the best!! I wasn’t sure at the first. I have never liked change but this has been a good one.
I love how well kept this park is and how quiet and peaceful it is (except for when the trains come through). I have never had any issues with the managers or neighbors at all. KC has always been very helpful and goes out of his way to help me if I need help with something. He is also very understanding, since I am disabled, about when I can get to cutting my grass. I love this place!
I love this park ..I have been here 9 years and KC keeps it up nicely. It's the people that do not like authority who complain ..If there were no rules this place would be run down fast .. KC works very hard to see that it is kept up and that is the beauty of it ..
The park is managed fairly and consistent to all park rules.....my lessors are wonderful they respect my park.....there is a reason this park is one of the cleanest and nicest around...all you have to do is follow the rules that you agreed upon before living here and this will stay a beautiful park!!!!
