The absolute worst customer service I couldn’t believe how this lady was talking on the phone to me, she was literally threatening me to not even deliver my order. Beware
Terrible service. They held my freight for over 2 weeks. “Owner” lied to over the phone and in text. They just showed up to deliver while I was at work 35 min away. I worked out with driver new time and rushed to get to delivery site. 20 minutes into my drive, “owner” called and said driver has to go back to Redding and a new driver will leave at noon, I will be the first stop and they will deliver my freight at 12:30. The worst ever. Can't reach a person, they were supposed to deliver today and I can't even reach a person to give me an answer as to when our delivery will be.
VERY difficult, if not impossible to contact about tracking a shipment I purchased from Lowes..? For the last three weeks I have been given a promise of a "call back". I have never received a call back from this company..? I would love to talk to somebody who has more than: "we will contact you later next week"
