I had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, and the experience from beginning to end was great. I appreciate all of the staff who helped me throughout the process and during my recovery.

I cannot find the right words for all the people I came in contact with while getting prepared for surgery. Every single one of those folks were as friendly as could be - pleasant, fun, engaging, kind, caring. Due to a physical problem with me, we had to cancel the surgery. Everything is fixed now, so I hope to reschedule soon and will hopefully have the same team of people in my corner!! Oh yes, Dr. Anderson is one of my faves!!

Waited several weeks for an appointment due to ongoing ear pain. My appointment was canceled at the last minute, and the only alternative offered was over a week later at a much farther location. I understand emergencies happen, but I was disappointed that no effort was made to accommodate patients who had already been waiting weeks. Unfortunately, this left me searching for care elsewhere.

Dr. Gilbert treated our handicapped son with throughness and great kindness. He not only has outstanding knowledge of ENT, but also goes the extra mile when necessary. We couldn't be more pleased with him as a medical professional. HE IS THE BEST! This evaluation may seem a little "much," but it is not. As parents, we couldn't be more pleased!
