I would never ever recommend going here. They messed up the first surgery so they had to perform a second surgery. Which in the end didn't help whatsoever. If anything, it made it worse. Charged unspeakable amounts of money. Went through so much pain! In the end I asked him, what is the plan? He literally said "Uhhhhh" he didn't have an answer then sent me on my way. We have been to see Dr Gilbert so many times for 3 kiddos!! He is amazing and so kind and explains everything so well!
So far not so good. They make you pay $150 just to book an appointment, because they assume you won't show up. I've never been asked to do something so extreme before. Seems shady or they are in a very bad part of town. Either way, bad news. If the situation improves I will update this review.
I got there 10 minutes early and ended up waiting a half hour after my appointment time, then they took me to do an unexpected hearing test. Doc Gilbert was friendly but he left a mess on my shoulder from cleaning my ear and didn’t even tell me when the ringing ears were from he just prescribed ear drops for occasional use. And when I got my bill the charges were ridiculous, especially for the cleaning of my ears, $100! I’ll never go back there again. And I got two bills.
