The office manager is incompetent. I had to call several times to get test results to no end. It only took nasty messages for a poorly trained operator to reach out to the ball-mess office manager to finally give me my test results. I highly don’t recommend. Save your own life and go someplace else!!!!!!
I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time and started with a hearing test. When I finally saw Dr Anderson (for all of 4 minutes), he didn't look in my ears, nose, OR throat... just told me I should come in for 2 years of allergy shots, which they "conveniently" do in-house and charge hundreds to set up... Oh, and insurance doesn't cover that. Then I get slapped with two invoices because the audiologist is billed separately from the ENT visit. What a disappointment.
I would recommend them to anyone they sure know what is what and how to fix it, they check up on you after a visit, and if you call and get the usual machine that gives you the smoke job like most places ,they don't they are on top of it . I know this is ow my E.N.T. for sure. Thanks!
I went to see PamCornin she was able to get my molds covered by the insurance company they work greatI highly recommend South valley ENT and their hearing specialist Thanks ever grateful Patient James Petty
