Sadly, their communication leaves a lot to be desired. I messaged over the weekend asking to reschedule my daughter’s appointment due to school testing. Since I didn’t hear back, we assumed the appointment was still scheduled. Her teachers and I scrambled to make arrangements, and my husband drove her 30 minutes to the appointment, arriving 10 minutes early only to be told after he arrived that they had canceled it. This place is great, Dr. Anderson is probably the best ENT ive been to and that is saying a lot as someone who has had ear problems their entire life. The staff is great, kind, and patient. I would LOVE to give them 5 stars, but as awesome as their staff and Drs are, their reminder system is not and if you miss an appointment its a $50 fee. I had a very positive experience at South Valley ENT. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. Vance took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The office was clean, organized. I appreciated the quality of care and would definitely recommend South Valley ENT to anyone looking for knowledgeable and compassionate ENT specialists.
After visiting three different doctors, dentists & endodontists, Dr. Peter Anderson finally figured out what was going on in my mouth. Dr. Allak knows his stuff. He is so personable and truly wants to help you. His staff is quick to respond and so kind, they also go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Allak to anyone needing help regarding ENT services.
