He worked on my girlfriend's computer when she was having booting issues. He treated her like a used car salesman-- lied to her about what she needed, what service he needed to provide. He swapped her hard drive out for one that was half the size and didn't even snap the RAM upgrade in completely-- she was dragging along with half the RAM usable because he's shady and incompetent.
