The carpet in our apartment was severely stained upon move in. It was a light colored beige carpet, but the bedrooms had large dark brown stains and worn spots throughout. I just spoke with Connie Sheets from Kier Management about it. Please note that all tenants are charged \$65 for carpet cleaning from your deposit. So be aware you wont be getting that back.
