after 25 years at the same place Jackie & Scott think it's ok to evict someone without going to court.
Rented 2 places from them. In the first house I didn't have a working oven for the last 11 months I lived there. The back patio was a huge safety hazard but nothing was ever done. It was like pulling teeth to try to get them to fix anything IF it was ever fixed at all. The second house had needed maintenance before we moved in, some of it was never fixed. They are awesome to rent from. Always fix anything and are very nice people.
