Had to take the better half to this hospital for an eye checkup. I took my wife today to the Tyrone minor injury department as her face had swollen on one side. Instead of taking up space in Craigavon A&E and holding up other people with more serious emergencies, I thought it would be better to take her to the minor injury department. The nurse we saw was more interested in the fact that we drove there instead of Craigavon, and would not treat her. I have been a patient of the rheumatology for like 8 years plus, they are amazing staff caring compassionate are able to speak to you like a human and if things are too complex or scary like the injections they have a great way to make you feel at ease, they are the reason I felt safe and relaxed going to the NHS, they are the reason I believe the NHS is something we should be looking after, every single appointment I felt heard cared for not looked at as stupid of silly, they have helped me more than any other department I ... read more
