First, let me say I’ve been coming here as long as I could remember. However, these “educated “ after hour receptionist whom is probably working from home are the worst. I called to see if the clinic will take walk-ins, the “person” who answered the phone at 7:23 was too busy trying to be a smart azz, still couldn’t answer if the office receive walk-in today or on any day. I love Dr.Whitney! She really cares for the children.
I’ve been going to S. Third since I was a little girl so when I had my child I knew exactly who I wanted to be his pediatrician, Dr. Whitney. I thank the Patient Access Specialist Team for helping me because yes you call to schedule appointments but they are the ones to answer the phone. I love my Dr and My Nurse!!!! I always get seen in a timely manner and they listen to my concerns.
They take so long to see patients. I’m always here for 4+ hours it’s insane. It feels like I’m in the ER. I definitely don’t recommend coming here for pediatric assistance.
