The staff is awful, they have the customer service skills of a herd of buffalo. The wait is equally awful. Anytime I go in I have to plan to spend hours for what will equate to 10 minutes of their time and 100's$ out of my pocket. I have been going to then since 2014 and my insurance and I have given them thousands yet it obviously isn't spent on training their staff. The doctor is good, but there wait time is ridiculous!!! I get walk-ins are last priority but I’ve been here since 1pm and it’s already 3 and I still haven’t been seen!!! Changing drs ASAP!!!!
