Still waiting for our WP1 certificate since Nov 2017. He said that the city of Corpus Christi inspection department was back logged following the storm. He never submitted the form for the windstorm certificate. Does not answer calls or texts...will report him to BBB and roofers Association!
Todd Marshall is a thief and does not render complete services that you pay for! He will steal from you then go ghost and dodge any and all texts and phone calls. DO NOT HIRE South Texas Windows and Roofing for any work unless you enjoy being ripped off 😭 This company is a complete joke!
