1. Annual checkups with providers like Mr Ozzie Najera that tell you nothing is wrong with you and that it's "all in your head" ... Makes you wait an hour past your appointment time to look at your ailment or injury and tell you that itll go away on its own. 2. "ER DUMPS" This place will send you to the ER without even getting your damn name and symptoms. This office NEVER answers the phone and the phone never rings when you are there which leads me to believe they turn it off which could be the reason it always goes to straight to voicemail the front office staff states they are "very busy" so they can't answer the phone...which must mean very busy sitting behind the window being aloof. The front office staff could use a lengthy course in customer service, courtesy, acknowledging the patient, prompt service, and protecting patient privacy.
