Knowledgeable staff, fast, friendly service! I came in with hydraulic ac hoses that would not work on my vehicle. They were able to construct exactly the configuration that was needed. AC system is up and running due to their expert service. Highly recommend!!
Took my truck back up there two times after the initial repair that resulted in replacing the compressor but they still couldn’t figure it out. The last time I brought it up there they said that it was out of Freon but they couldn’t find the leak. They said that it held pressure overnight but I ended up back where I started & that’s with my ac still not working. This is the first & last time I’ll use them.
Horrible customer service. They do not stand behind their warranty. Ryan came up with every possible excuse to blame their failure on our professional workmanship. At the end he agreed to cover the part but this was after the crappy attitude, poor excuses, and went on like he was doing me a favor. I took my business to the dealership, yes I paid almost 3x more but I rather spend my money where vendors don’t automatically put blame on their customers. Took my truck in to have the ac checked they told me something else was wrong and charged me 350.00 said I needed take it to another shop did that but all was wrong it had to much freon in now it's working fine wow... well that didn't clarify anything because you are talking about two different customers what you put in your response is not me
