I am a regular patient and generally okay with my care but making a new appointment can be like pulling teeth. No one answers the phone during business hours and if I leave a voice-mail, no one gets back to me. I've waited countless weeks just to make a new appointment and when I try to do it online there's no providers available. Kind of pointless, don't you think? Now I've got to wait yet again another weekend and existing in pain because i can't even get a new appointment made.
The staff was able to see me on the same day for a procedure. Dr McShane was very friendly and gave me all the details that I needed to know. She answered all my questions and provided a recap afterwards, even showing me the xray images of what she did. Thank you Dr McShane and staff!
Very disappointed. Dr. David A. Roberts, MD told me my pain was “because of age,” but I’m only 37 and I definitely don’t consider myself old. My problems started after a car accident, not from aging. I came to this visit to find the cause of my neck pain and receive professional medical help, not just to “look at the doctor.” Instead, I was brushed off, told to just take painkillers when it hurts, and treated with disrespect. The staff are rude, we called to cancel an appt on a Friday that was scheduled for a Tuesday, and they wanted to charge a fee for not being more than 72 business hours, got resolved after I asked to speak with someone higher about getting this fixed before hand. Would never recommend a business with such terrible customer service.
Dr Lou, I have been with STSC for 12 years now and I must give credit where credit is Due, Dr Lou rates a 10 + in my book, she cares about her patients like Thier Family. Thank you for the great Care to my injuried body. I have never had a Dr call me and tell me she reached out to the Pharmacy and Straighten them out, a 10+ no doubt about it....
