If I could give less than one star, I will. I have long waited for South Texas Solar System to fix whatever went wrong with my system. I got my solar system around May 2021, and it has been hell waiting for it to work correctly. It is already the year 2023! I had it operating for around 3 to 4 months, if not less appropriately. The last I knew, they were waiting for Panasonic company to replace the damaged parts (part of their deal or something), but the waiting is getting ridiculous and highly stressful! I understand I have a system that was not installed by them, but they said they repair. Paid them for a 2 hr service call, tech showed up for 10 min took pictures and said they would get back to on if they could repair. Never received a call back, sent emails no response. Had to finally call to get refund since they never returned calls or emails. When I finally talked to them they told me they couldn't repair nor did they have any suggestions on how t I replace or repair what we have. Will never do business with this compan... read more
DONT WASTE YOUR Time and money. NO SERVICE!!!! For 3 months the service is not done yet. The panels not producing energy because of the chip they need to replace or something and there’s only one technician for the whole company. The customer service are not reachable by phone, you can call for days… Horrible service!!!
I give this company a one star because there is no option to give less. They told us we would have more than enough to cover our consumption and we still pay the same amount and on top of that we have to pay for solar panels. We have called and asked them to check on panels in the beginning they came out to check and said all is well. But we continue to pay a large bill we have altered our lifestyle with using less A/C turning off lights but still doesn't work. They said they would help us out and work with us and never did.... read more
