My experience with South Texas Roofing was not what I expected. I had concerns about the service and tried several times to reach the company to discuss them. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a response, and communication eventually stopped after my number was blocked. I believe customers deserve clear communication and a reasonable opportunity to resolve concerns when problems arise. I am sharing my experience so potential customers can do their own research and make an informed decision before hiring the company.

I paid South Texas Roofing $15,000 for the agreed roofing services, but the issue has not been resolved as expected.
