I’m a veteran and the V.A. sent me to this clinic. My appointment was on 10/01/2026. The clinic sent me a reminder. I got to the reception desk and was told that the V. A. had not sent the voucher for service. I immediately went to the V.A. The V.A. told me that the clinic should have made a request 2 weeks before my appointment .The clinic did not. My question is if paying by insurance should the clinic check to see what the insurance pays before they make appointment?
