My appointment was scheduled for 3P. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before I was called for my procedure. Terrible waiting time. I had the scan done and they said "wait until the nurse can read your results to you." After 2 hours I said I have to leave. Seriously, what is the point of an appointment time, if it takes 2 HOURS to accomplish. Terrible Service. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My husband and I had an opportunity to visit this center to have just one more aspect of our health evaluated, in this case a liver scan. When we found out that not only would we be able to secure an appointment quickly and without any out of pocket cost, we were on board! From the moment we signed in it was evident that the atmosphere was a very professional, but not awkwardly clinical setting. The guys that are in front reception area on 03/18/24 @ 10 am were carrying a personal conversation so load that the patients could here what the hell they did over the weekend. It’s so sad that they do not have the sense to close the reception window to keep their conversation private . It is unprofessional for the company not to educate there employees!!!
