I was scheduled for a 4:15 phone appt. Nurse calls for basic questions then says the doc will call shortly. 5pm, I call to ask what the wait is for, and I get transfered to the after hours transcription service. C'mon. I waited 2 weeks for this and have a follow up with my regular doc in 1 day.

It is a big relief to meet a Specialist able and willing to treat and monitor complex cases. The set up runs smoothly and is convenient because the lab is right there. I especially like that Dr. B does not sit with his face in a computer while we stare at the side of his head. He uses a transscriber and enters his notes via phone after hi examination. He is thorough, straightforward, kind and has a great sence of humor. He listens and problem solves. A doctor who enjoys helping people...REFRESHING
Excellent. Doctor Broumand is very good at explaining your lab work and goes into detail. I feel that he is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. I would recommend him to all, including my family. The staff is also very professional and attentive to your questions.
