The new lady that does the lab quest blood drawing is horrible every time I got I get pinched at least twice the one that was there before this never happened but this one is horrible and she removes the glove from the finger where she touches to feel you veins and then pokes after she touches you and doesn’t clean with alcohol i’m literally debating never going to do my blood work again there because of this lady on sanitary and clearly does not know what she’s doing. This is upsetting.
Great Office with Friendly staff and compassionate providers
Every single time the office has to renew my specialty medication, I am left without my medication for several days. It's been a week since I have been able to take my medication because they have not sent over the forms. I have called the office and AllianceRX every day and went in-person yesterday. Nothing. This office needs to be disciplined by the American Medical Association because not being without my medicine has a real permanent negative impact on my life.
Dr. Stephen Rosenblatt is absolutely the best nephrologist a patient can have. The amount of time he spends with my mom in trying to get her healthy is unheard of these days. His compassion and clear communication is superior. He even takes the time to coordinate my mom's care with her PCP and any specialist she is a patient of. His staff is also very compassionate and courteous and we have never had to wait to be seen on time.
