Super fast, front desk was super friendly and the Tech was also super friendly and fast!
Very disappointing experience with South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers (STRIC) Schertz Imaging Center. I was approved by TriWest for an MRI, and I attempted to contact STRIC several times to schedule the imaging. I even left voicemail's requesting a call back. Unfortunately, no one ever returned my call. It is frustrating to have an approved referral and then be unable to even get a response from the imaging center. Good communication and timely follow-up should be a basic part of patient care. I hope STRIC improves its ... read more
Quality of care is good but receptions are not that great at verifying they have what they needed. I had to have an appointment rescheduled when they said I didnt have what I needed. After about 2 hours of being on the phone with 4 different agencies... they had the paperwork all along. They just didnt look at all the pages of the Fax.
