Great experience. Enjoyed having an appointment that runs ON TIME! Registration online to upload your order, ID, insurance card and fill out your personal info. The day of appointment, can edit or just check in you're there. Receptionist just double checks its all in portal. Nice "personal belongings" bag to put your clothes/items in a little like dressing room with a curtain. Xray technician was very pleasant and personable. Had a an appointment at 130 they asked me to be there at 115, at 150 I asked why it was taking son long and they told me they are running late, they should have a better customer service, why I had to ask they should be telling patients whats going on , they did not checked me in until 2 pm
I had an ultrasound appointment yesterday with Vanessa. I was so impressed with her. These appointments sometimes cause me to be anxious, but she was so incredible in her bedside manner. Her room was decorated so nicely, hearts on the wall for Valentine's Day, and she even had these beautiful butterflies to look at on the ceiling that were perfectly positioned. Front desk is so rude. She needs training and a chill pill. Be prepared to wait and be spoken down to.
Would give 0 stars if I could. It was my first time going there. Scheduled an appointment through their appointment line to have a MRI done and received the confirmation text. When I showed today, I was informed by the front desk personnel that my appointment was canceled. No one from the office contacted me to let me know and I had already took off from work. The person at the front desk went to the back to get someone else, and they said “just schedule him in for 4PM” (my appointment was supposed to be at 2:20PM). After, w... read more
