My wife got a call to reschedule a mammogram she never had in the first place with this establishment. When she did call back and asked for more information, Robin, the woman who called her in the first place, answered and told my wife she misdialed and was off by two numbers and not to worry and laughed it off. She requested to speak to a manager or supervisor but was disregarded and Robin continued to deliberately decline her calls and laugh the situation off. Everyone is always prompt and courteous and I was in and out quickly
I have been to this location several times and I have never experienced a long wait and the staff is very professional!
Worst customer service - the front desk clerk clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing and has an attitude. I was cleared for a scan, told her I called STRIC to confirm I was cleared and she continued to have me wait 45 min until I went back to the front the question what was going on with the delay. She stated she messaged her team to confirm but I explained again that I called and her team told me I was cleared as well as my doctor’s office who called my insurance yesterday.
