Everyone is always prompt and courteous and I was in and out quickly
I have been to this location several times and I have never experienced a long wait and the staff is very professional!
Worst customer service - the front desk clerk clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing and has an attitude. I was cleared for a scan, told her I called STRIC to confirm I was cleared and she continued to have me wait 45 min until I went back to the front the question what was going on with the delay. She stated she messaged her team to confirm but I explained again that I called and her team told me I was cleared as well as my doctor’s office who called my insurance yesterday. The front desk called me and told me I could come in early for my appointment. I arrived early as directed and was not seen until after my scheduled appointment. I recommend not coming here due to the lack of professional of the staff.
