⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Mental Health Care for Veterans South Texas Mental Health Associates made scheduling quick and easy. The prescriber was professional, and I appreciated the efficient process. They accept TRICARE, which is a great option for retired military veterans seeking accessible mental health care outside the VA system. I’m grateful to have another option for getting the care I need. Highly recommend!
Honestly ridiculous. I had an appointment a week ago and still have not been able to get my prescription filled. Whatever process they have between the prescription being issued and actually sent to the pharmacy is completely broken and extremely slow. Patients should not need to call 7 times to follow up and the administrative staff should do better.
It makes a tremendous difference when you have someone who actually listens to your needs.
