I was disappointed with my experience with this business. The posted hours on Google indicated they were open, but the doors were locked from 12 PM to 2 PM with no notice. My original appointment was never confirmed, and there was no follow-up with my insurance as discussed. When I called to clarify, the staff was unprofessional and ended the call abruptly. I hope management can address these issues to improve communication and customer service moving forward.
Spent two hours waiting to be seen by the doctor to receive lab results. The conversation with the doctor lasted five minutes and resulted in him talking down to me while I explained I was frustrated with the lack of information I received from my labs. Clean bill of healthy but no explanation as to what’s wrong medically with me. Paid $25 to be talked down to for five minutes after waiting for 2 hours.
