Highly recommend this place for any jewelry repair! It was refreshing to see people so passionate and proud of what they do. I came here for a repair to my wedding ring set. A diamond was missing and the three bands were previously soldered together and had came apart over time. The price was lower than I thought it would be and it only took a few days. When I got my set back I almost cried it was so perfect! Not only did they fix the two issues, the rings were cleaner and polished like I hadn’t seen since they were new.
So happy with the service we received from Lalo! My wedding band needed repair after 28 yrs of wear. Lalo had a plan to fix it so it would last another 28+. He finished it early and I love showing it off!
I’ve been to several local jewelry shops over the years for different repairs. I went to sell a broken chain, I doubted it could be repaired. The price quoted was fair and they repaired it. Wonderful experience. Excellent customer service.
