My husband was there 14 days. I have to say I was impressed all the way around. We were placed on the 4th floor. Staff was phenomenal. Both night and day. I admired how the floor supervisor would stop by to ask if their service was satisfactory. Our Case Mamager ( Josiline) was NOT ONLY KIND BUT ON TOP OF EVERYTHING AND F FUNNY. Alll the nurses were kind, helpful and understanding . With that said....... This morning I took my sister Angela Saldana to South Texas Health System Emergency Room on McColl Road. The staff there are very nice and they care about their patients. The RN Derek who started my sister's IV was so nice and very professional. He explained to my sister everything that he was going to do that the doctor had ordered and asked her, if she was Ok with it. He gave her a warm blanket, because she was cold.
