Omg so bad customer service rep. They should hire better people. The girl should call us by are last name. Wait time ⏲️ is so bad over 2 hrs just in the front. Don't even come here!!!!!!!

My appointment was at 11am. Mind you this place you can only be 15 minutes at best but they take forever to see you while you wait in the waiting room. I went back to take my blood pressure and all one hour later at 1215. The male nurse was taking my blood pressure on my right arm and also attached the pulse ox probe on my right hand. I let him know that in nursing school I was taught that you don't take both at the same time on the same arm and hand. Made an appointment for 10:45am; came to my appointment and due to walk-ins being seen was asked to come back at 1pm. I thought an appointment meant you would be seen over a walk-in, I am severely sick and barely made the drive the 1st time to be asked to go home and come back. The doctor and office know when they are over booked, so a courtesy call would have been better than letting me show up to be told to leave and come back.
