The place is not well managed. I had a negative experience—patients were not evaluated promptly and were made to wait for a long time without clear communication.
Took over 2 hours and then I had to ask for when I’d be discharged. They couldn’t tell me how much longer I’d have to be there because they were waiting for the doctor, they didn’t know if he was going to do more stuff or just waiting for discharge signature. The front office staff is nice but the doctor I saw was rude and wouldn’t answer my questions about treatment. They also didn’t share the estimated cost before being treated even though I asked twice.
Very cordial, sweet, and professional staff. Dr took the time to answer all questions, and the wait was very reasonable. The facility is also spotless. Will be my go to clinic from now on.
