This place is so unprofessional! I had made an appointment in the summer with one doctor for August. August comes around and they call me to let me know that the doctors no longer taking patients because she’s on maternity leave. Why didn’t they tell me that when I called to schedule more than a month prior? They ask if I want to schedule with another doctor which I agree. I've been dealing with the incompetence of the medical codes for billing from this office since January of this year. This office SOLICITED me for an annual exam. In April 2022. Made the appointment and expected me to show up whenever they made it. Unfortunately I showed up. Then they sent the wrong billing code to my insurance company. My insurance company didn't pay. The front staff is very rude and unprofessional. They give you dirty looks when you walk in.They told me they had no doctors working on Monday and I show up to pick up a paper and they had doctors there. They do not want to work there so lazy and unprofessional.
