I was so very pleased with the staff at this hospital everyone was so kind and full of energy. They made us feel so welcomed… thank you for taking good care of my daughter for the couple days we stayed y’all are awesome!
The ER staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you and huge shout out to Idalia Vienna Jackie and Desiree for helping my daughter with her cough, congestion and wheezing
Worst experience ever. Went here because it's Saturday night and no one is open. My son developed a hive rash that was very itchy and we were here for over 3 hours just for them to provide Benadryl! They gave us paperwork after us continually asking if we can leave and they seemed like they completely forgot about us! Waiting an hour for paperwork??? OMG what a waste of EVERYONES time.
I always come and I liked to come but today the doctor on duty was funny that my son was here he didn't even want to enter first he passed by to laugh and then he entered. My son has asthma and right now he has flu and today I just found out that what the pediatrician prescribed can worsen the symptoms, as I know that previous times if he did not react quickly it gets worse with asthma and we are always stuck here for a week.
