The worst service I ever got. Trying to schedule an appointment for weeks. Went there three times just trying to set an appointment. Twice no one was there at 12:00 with a sign says corporate meeting. 3 times I called no answer and the operator saying they left early again. And finally they are saying they dont do self paid after they confirm to my primary doctor 4 times that they do.
Do not go here. If you have insurance you will still get sent a bill for over $100. I took my son here for a follow up appointment and the doctors spent 10 min in our room and looked in my sons ears. I paid my $35 copay then 3 weeks later receive a bill that I still owe $118 with using my insurance. The doctor office charged $469 for our 10 minute visit and I find out sense it’s a “specialty” doctor I’m stuck with the difference. Dr. Weiss is great but because of the office staff and billing department we will not be going back to Dr. Weiss. If you end up choosing Dr. Weiss be sure to keep intricate and detailed notes on how much you pay them, how much they are supposed to bill you through insurance, and keep close tabs on the refund amounts that you are due! I cannot stress this enough, they will hang on to your refund for as long as possible! 3 visits equals 5 total minutes of his time. I was not impressed. Very quick to get you out of his office and quick to collect. Don't bother with both Drs.
