I have been a patient for a little over two years, and I can’t say that I have ever been disappointed with this practice. The medical assistants are always very kind, and the office is always very clean. I never wait for a long time to see the provider, and the visit is always spot on. I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this office. While waiting in the lobby, one of the staff members began loudly yelling at the receptionist in front of a room full of patients. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely inappropriate for a medical setting where people expect a calm and respectful environment. I understand that workplaces can be stressful, but disagreements should be handled privately, not in front of patients.
