I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this office. While waiting in the lobby, one of the staff members began loudly yelling at the receptionist in front of a room full of patients. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely inappropriate for a medical setting where people expect a calm and respectful environment. I understand that workplaces can be stressful, but disagreements should be handled privately, not in front of patients. I have been a patient for about 9 months and NP Stephanie Rodriguez is very personably and listens to my concerns. The staff is very friendly and the nurse who performs the blood work does an amazing job. I usually have terrible bloodwork experiences but she makes you very comfortable and it is over before you know it. Highly recommend this office.
