I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this office. While waiting in the lobby, one of the staff members began loudly yelling at the receptionist in front of a room full of patients. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely inappropriate for a medical setting where people expect a calm and respectful environment. I understand that workplaces can be stressful, but disagreements should be handled privately, not in front of patients. I have been a patient for about 9 months and NP Stephanie Rodriguez is very personably and listens to my concerns. The staff is very friendly and the nurse who performs the blood work does an amazing job. I usually have terrible bloodwork experiences but she makes you very comfortable and it is over before you know it. Highly recommend this office.

This is the worst place to TRY to get a new patient appointment. I waited over a month, with many, many phone calls to see if my referral to STEMC had arrived. After a week of phone calls to my primary doctor's office and STEM it was found STEM's only uses their own fax number....833-464-1725 to receive referrals. STEM's referral department had received my referral on 04/24/2025. Today, 05/06/2025, I called STEMC and was told Dr Addison had my paperwork.....then the receptionist stated STEMC does not do Hormone Therapy. For ... read more
