Contacted them for a ceiling fan installation, they told me they could do it and set me up with an appointment, on the day of they told me they couldn’t make it due to an emergency they had the night before (understandable). I asked them if they would still be able to come out that same week and was ghosted by phone and txt message. I would’ve appreciated a little more professionalism.

Jose is a friendly, reliable, and skilled master electrician. He took my call at 10pm at night and arrived the next day, a Saturday! He diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly at a fair price. I will always use STEP Electric Pros and highly recommend this 5-Star company!

Was above and beyond exceptional service would rate them a 10 out 10 if that was a option. Was quoted bye a different company and extremely high amount for the work that we needed done to our home. Not only did they beat the other price but they were prompt very friendly and thorough through out the job getting what we needed done in a very professional way. We will be using them for anything else we ever need for electrical work to be done to our home. Thank you again many blessings to this company.
