I had an awful experience with this location, upon arrival this location seemed far from a dentist I'd want to see yet I believed I shouldn't judge the appearance so harshly..I was wrong. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes prior to scheduled time to take care of on boarding process front desk clerk has an issue verifying my insurance, not an issue it's happened before my hype awareness allows me to catch those simple oversights. I didn't expect the unexpected. I came in for one thing and it turned out to be the best experience dental experience i've had. Everyone worked well together as a team. And the dentist who took care of me was absolutely excellent in her service. I was so excited I referred my wife😁 Brident dental is the best 👌
Very professional & fast!
Front desk staff never answers the phone. I am having to wait to request time off to go see them in person. PLEASE fix the incorrect charges being reported to Sunbit!!!
