Professional staff pleasant atmosphere.
If I could give zero stars I would. Your front counter staff are a joke. Guy told me he couldn't hear me but was responding to me just fine consistently telling me he'd hang up because he couldn't understand. Needs a lesson in customer service and how to handle phone calls because all the local competitors under stood me just fine. Lazy mentality. Glad I dodged a bullet can't imagine the rest of your staffs bedside manner.
