Fui por resultados, me hacen batallar como se supone que me tendrán impresos los resultados de la resonancia magnética a las 6:00am y yo les digo que puedo ir después de las 3:00pm… me responden que no podrán porque no funciona la impresora. Me hicieron dudar mucho sobre los procedimientos de inyección, creo que no registraban bien los datos y sobre esos datos trabajaba el Dr. ESTOY TOTALMENTE DESEPCIONADA … mi salud no mejoró

The most shabby operation, I've experienced. The staff tries, but evidentially no one knows exactly what they should be doing! There is much animosity evident between the staff and Doctor and little or no staff training in office operations. When meeting with the Doctor he complained that "you can't hire competent help" instead of informing me of my treatment options. After repeated requests for an invoice/statement I have received nothing (3months waiting). My insurance gives me an EOB (explanation of benefits) that tells m... read more
