RecommendedThis facility in the past was not the best but within a few years it has changed dramatically and I have to say I am so impressed. When I take my son here when he sick or for a while visit it’s Always a positive experience.
the staff has the nastiest attitude if you ask one too many questions they blow steam and stump off... the whole time I was talking with the recipienist her thoughts was coming to her face so she seem aggravate I didnt see how the day just started and I wasn't rude I just was asking questions and nothing is being done about them I also was talked to crazy by dr rocket more like talked at. If you plan on coming here to see Dr.Holly be prepared be be waiting for an hour or so to see her. My daughters appointment was scheduled for 11:15am, it is now 12:17 and we have yet to see the doctor. When I spoke with the nurses, they even said that this is normal for her to take this long. I feel that this is wrong. There is a reason why you make an appointment, you are scheduled in for that time slot. If this is the case, then schedule your patients one hour apart. Because front staff is rude and they don’t have their stuff together. Very unorganized. Whoever the office manager is needs to take steps on training their employees better or fire the ones they have and hire qualified employees!!!!!
Your receptionist needs to learn how to handle upset customers and not disconnect the call when she can’t handle the heat! I’ve had my kids in this office since 2006 and I don’t mind putting my money else where if this is the service I’m going to receive. I see why people hate this place! If the gatekeeper is rude on the phone, what makes you think we should trust you with our children!!??
Mirabelle in the front office is less the ideal to work with. Per my interactions with her I am forced to leave a 1 star review. What stinks is that I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Trevino and was excited to take my daughter to see him. Unfortunately within my first five minutes of arriving and speaking with mirabelle I was in shock at how she could be a front desk staff for the office. She was so unprofessional. RecommendedDr. Steven is very nice! They have late hours and open weekends. We get seen right away or walk in wait time isn't bad either.
