Mirabelle in the front office is less the ideal to work with. Per my interactions with her I am forced to leave a 1 star review. What stinks is that I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Trevino and was excited to take my daughter to see him. Unfortunately within my first five minutes of arriving and speaking with mirabelle I was in shock at how she could be a front desk staff for the office. She was so unprofessional. If you love your child do not schedule them with this company. I have a handicapped child that they have dropped the ball on regarding his care, follow up, insurance billing, diagnosis, records handling and communication with me and his other providers. My child did NOT get accepted into a medical research program to find out the cause of his disability because they don’t know what they are doing. This practice is amazing and the wait time is perfect and the quality you get from NP and MD’s are amazing... they take there time to answer all your questions...
This is the first office where my child really got the help she needed for a pain that she had been suffering for. Other Dr's were just treating her superficially. Dr. Capote was the first to really show concern and get down to problem.
