Very disappointed with the services that my husband received here. Went in for knee pain and they told him that they have to do a MRI. They submitted it to Radiology Associates, but paperwork was incomplete. Radiology and husband tired to call them for 2 days straight and they never responded back. Until my husband went in person to figure out what happened. Then waiting in the waiting room the lady in the front office was huffy and puffy about people calling in and asking for an appointment. I've been there twice now. Once for my right knee and once for bursitis in my right hip. Both times I had a very short wait time, and I was given the information and the treatment I needed.
Lately just been very disappointed with the service. Thank you Linda R.
