No cumplen con la palabras. Dont trust day said somthing by phone. When you get services get more charge. Habla ayer para sader cuanto cuesta por areglar la lavadora me dijon que por venir son $ 85. Como Es LG me dice que es el problema fue la valvular de agua que corre y no para. Me dijo que eran $ 125. Por todo que no es extra Los $85. Que si los areglo va con todo.llego. la checo me dijo que necesitan Las mangeras tambien por que no servian. Que no tenia la valvula tenia que ir a comprarla y las mangeras. Great service call. Technician Bobby called in the morning to verify service call, came at time he called out, and diagnosed repair very quickly. Replacing ice maker on Samsung refrigerator. Recommend you use this company and specifically ask for Bobby. Thank you South Texas Appliance!

My home warranty company scheduled an appointment via email with South Texas Appliance Repair. The email included their business number who I called to confirm my appointment with. The technician I worked with was named Bobby. Bobby provided excellent customer service and was flexible with my work/school schedule. Once he determined I needed a replacement and the parts were ordered, he scheduled a follow-up appointment and installed my new sink/garbage disposal within thirty minutes.
