Unprofessional, facilities substandard, doctors room cluttered with personal knick knacks, so unsterile. Booked an apt for child vaccinations and their vaccines were expired, so now have to book another apt for other half of my sons needles.. not fair on a 2 year old. Dr Suzanne’s room had no hospital grade handwash at basin and no paper towels just a normal house hand towel. Worst clinic ever been to. What they care is all about money. I believe the dad is Jeffery Ng and the daughter is Suzanne Ng. Had been seeing both and they are both rude and not sympathetic at all. If you go there, u can only get consultation only ONE matter cuz if u ask about something else, they ask you to book another appointment. Giving 1 star is generous! Do yourself a favour and go GPs nearby! Avoid at all cost!!!
