The maintenance team is warm and friendly. They try to respond to requests as soon as they can. However, the management is largely reluctant in addressing residents' concerns. One thing to watch out for here is the variability in their charges. The lease agreement doesn't state a fixed amount for water and sewage fees. They charge as they wish. Jeffery from maintenance is top tier. He’s responsive, respectful, and actually gets the job done right the first time which, let’s be honest, is rare these days. Every time I’ve put in a request, he showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was working before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. Solid, reliable, and consistent, exactly what you want in maintenance.

You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and the residents. It’s not always easy to find people who take pride in what they do, but Jeffery definitely does. The whole team has been great, but Jeffery consistently goes above and beyond and it truly makes a difference. Thank you for all your hard work—it does not go unnoticed!
