I would like to express my sincere thanks to J Finch, service advisor, for going above and beyond his job! Been waiting for two weeks to get things done with my Honda oddessey xl…was told to wait for the service managers return two weeks ago….till today he’s not back! Thanks again Mr Finch for fixing the issue with the car ….and only took a few minutes of your time to fixed it! I’ve been a customer since 2006! Great job satisfying customer like me!
Clean, has wifi, and free drinks. They where able to see me same day and was done in 4 hrs despite being an unscheduled visit with part replacements needed. They also offered an Uber or Lyft ride. I'm not a care expert but in terms of customer service it was solid.
