I’ve been having alignment issues and persistent vibration issues. I came to South Tacoma Honda Service Center to address these issues because I purchased a new 2026 Passport at the dealership here. First impressions with Jesse were good, and I thought the issue was addressed. I came again because the vibration was persisting. Let's face it, you don't go to a dealership because you want to save money. You go there because you need your specific vehicle fixed quickly and competently the first time around. That's what you get here. Are they cheap? Hell no. Will they try to up-sell you on things you don't necessarily need? Absolutely. But you knew all of this going in, and at least you're getting your car back tomorrow and not next week.

First time going here to do car maintenance, I had an excellent service! Very helpful and on time. They already have an employee to check you in right away unlike any other Honda service branch even you had an appointment, it will take forever just the oil change and tire rotation.
They were very professional kept me informed about my vehicle. They even sent me a text with a link to watch a video of what they did to my car. I thought they went above and beyond for that. I've never experienced that before that's just awesome.
