Could not agree more with the reviewer below that described Dr Jeana Crover as condescending. 100%. She and this office is not worth your time and monetary input.
(I'm writing this because of the negative ones.) It seems that they've resolved any past issues that may or may not have been prevalent. They got me in even when I was tardy, and were responsive to my needs and concerns. Nice folks
Hands down the best visit I’ve ever had with an MD — Dr. Pacheco is exceptional. I’ve been with Kaiser for most of my adult life, and finding a new primary care physician outside of an HMO has been incredibly challenging. There are so many factors to consider: A. Are they in-network with my insurance? B. Are they even accepting new patients? C. Most importantly — will the doctor actually listen and take my health concerns seriously? I can't say enough positives about my visit today. The person at the front desk was friendly (I didn't get her name), and the PA was so kind, gentle and thorough. She let me compare my home BP machine and took her time with me. And Dr. Spear is absolutely amazing. I was extremely nervous and Dr. Spear was an amazing, wonderful doctor. She is easy to talk to, truly listened to me, was very understanding of my high anxiety, and through it all I could tell she is a top notch doctor.
