Kayce Spear was my primary care doctor here for three years or so, and she was wonderful. One of the best doctors I've ever had. Then I turned 65 and went on Medicare, and the practice booted me out unceremoniously. They don't take original Medicare, just Medicare Advantage. Their financial person didn't apologize or wish me well. They showed zero empathy for the fact that I was a longtime patient. The wait times are very low, scheduling is easy, and the staff are responsive. My doctor is very understanding and supportive, even if I'm not the best patient sometimes. They listen to me and take my concerns seriously and are able to answer very truthfully. I've felt more comfortable at this facility than I have ever have before.
I have been seeing Dr. Crover for going on 20 years and am so grateful to have a kind and caring physician that I trust, she’s the best.
