Edit: Your response was highly unprofessional. How dare you say the way I feel and have been treated, as well as my mother, is untrue? I have been to your clinic twice now in the last 2 years for a severe infection that you IGNORED. This is the best primary care practice I have been a patient of in decades. They actually run on time for appointments, and the doctor doesn’t rush you when you’re in the exam room. I recently had an urgent issue and was able to get a next day appointment (not with my doctor but another one in the practice who was just as competent.) I actually hesitated to review them because I don’t want the secret getting out and causing appointments to become scarce. 😂 But they deserve the praise.
Patient for 20+ years, myself and family. August 6, 2024 was the first time I have ever experienced such treatment by professionals. After seeing my doctor, who I think is great, she ordered a blood draw. I was not expecting. Informing the MA what works best on me, and being told by this nurse that he was good with butterfly needle, yet still couldn't do the draw. Been a patient since I was a toddler, my mother just recently was mistreated by ST unprofessional staff. When expressing her comfort of care, a PREGNANT MA stormed out and refused to do what was necessary for the patient. A soon to be, or already mother, acting like that towards a patient is concerning. As well as the front desk staff who acted like teenagers and instead of voicing their rules, she ignored a patient and gave an attitude.
