Dr JEANA M. CROVER was absolutely horrible. After finding out some life changing health information this provider proceeded to be rude, condescending, and spoke so incredibly loud that I’m quite sure she violated HIPPA. I never want to set foot in this clinic again. While going through health issues you want a medical team (of Drs and healthcare workers) who’ll make you feel heard, who’ll help you understand what you’re going through, and who’ll speak to you with respect and not treat you as if you’re beneath them.
