The wait times are very low, scheduling is easy, and the staff are responsive. My doctor is very understanding and supportive, even if I'm not the best patient sometimes. They listen to me and take my concerns seriously and are able to answer very truthfully. I've felt more comfortable at this facility than I have ever have before.
I have been seeing Dr. Crover for going on 20 years and am so grateful to have a kind and caring physician that I trust, she’s the best.
Edit: Your response was highly unprofessional. How dare you say the way I feel and have been treated, as well as my mother, is untrue? I have been to your clinic twice now in the last 2 years for a severe infection that you IGNORED. I begged for medication and did multiple visits, as soon as I went to urgent care I was ACTUALLY taken care of. You guys actually just met with my brother today, care to explain why a 6'2 male at 187lbs was given some pretty serious medication off 1 visit and 1 BP check when my 6'3 300lbs+ brothe... read more
