After being turnded away from our RV Dealership, we were refered to Riley at South Swell Electrical. Riley saw us immediately, diagnosed our relay issue, ordered and installed the part and had us safely on our way in no time. All with an extremely preffessional and curteous manner. We highly recommend this company!
South Swell provides excellent customer service. Riley is professional, knowledgeable and timely. Great communication and easy to work with. I used him to troubleshoot an Victron rv power system. Accurate assessment of the issue and I was presented with an appropriate solution. Problem was resolved and the cost was very reasonable. Excellent workmanship. I highly recommend.
Riley was incredibly helpful and knowledgable in sorting through and repairing some bad electrical work installed by another electrician. He was very professional and timely. He performed the appropriate load test to determine the demands of our system and installed the appropriately sized inverter and batteries. Something the previous electrician failed to do. We'll be using Riley for all our electric needs moving forward. Highly recommend!
