I bought a used THOR built Sprinter van last year from a dealer with only 5k miles on it. From day 1 I had issues with the battery system tripping out almost every time I turned off the engine. I returned to the dealer in Sac multiple times to get the issue resolved, and every time they told me it was fixed but the issue persisted. I met Riley and asked him for advice. This review has been a long time coming! Its kinda long but it took a long time to solve my van problem. I had a van built in Philly in Jan 2022 the work was done very well and everything was working well until about Sept 22. For some reason the battery system completely died. I live full time in my van bc i work on the west coast (my home base is florida). So i took it back and forth to 3 so called van experts and no one could figure the issue out.
