Dr. Tsai is the best! Highly recommend.
We have been seeing Dr Mark Tsai for 5 months for our son’s ADHD. He has excellent bedside manner and explains everything thoroughly and leaves lots of time for questions. We never have to wait for our appointment. He spaces things out so we are not rushed. We feel very well informed and extremely fortunate to have been referred to Dr Mark Tsai.
My Daughter sees Dr. Tsai and he is a wonderful doctor. He has an excellent bedside manner. He always talks through what he is doing when giving an examination. He listens carefully and answers all questions. You never feel rushed. He also offers phone call appointments during lunch hours to ensure your child does not miss school if an in-person appointment is not necessary (for example I could take my daughters weight and blood pressure (shoppers machine) and report back on the phone.
